Whether you heard about us from friends or family or through an online search, we’re excited that you have decided to start the design with us! We will gather some basic information over the phone, get a feel for what type of project you are looking for, and discuss the scope of the project together. We will then set up an appointment at your home to walk through your ideas while getting a more precise idea of what your property can accommodate.

Our team meets you at your residence for an initial design consultation, free of charge. We look at any site conditions that might affect our design to get a better feel for the kind of changes you’re interested in and how these changes will be utilized. We also like to learn about your lifestyle to see how we can incorporate your needs into a design that suites you best.

After reviewing the initial consultation, we return with an initial concept design and some generic pricing. At this point, if you like the concept and want to continue with the design, you begin choosing products, developing a time frame for the project’s completion, and possibly setting up another appointment or phone call to finalize these details.

If you have further questions about the design and want a more detailed sense of how the design will look, we’ll put together a 3D design for you. While there is a fee for this advanced design, the cost is taken from the price of the final project. 

If you’d like to make a revision to the original design concept, we would revise the drawing (for a fee) and work through the same processes as listed above. 

Prior to starting the job, we come back to the job site and mark out where the hardscape or landscape will be going. This allows you to make any last-minute changes.
